Prof. Hiroshi Yabu received The Chemical Society of Japan Award for Creative Work for 2025

Prof. Hiroshi Yabu, Principal Investigator at AIMR, has received The Chemical Society of Japan Award for Creative Work for 2025 from the Chemical Society of Japan (CSJ).
Founded in 1878, the CSJ is one of the most prominent academic societies in Japan, with approximately 23,000 members. This award is presented to members of the CSJ who have achieved pioneering and groundbreaking research accomplishments in either fundamental or applied chemistry. Prof. Yabu was honored for his research in “Development of Electrocatalysts Based on a Molecular Adsorption Concept and Application to Various Electrochemical Reactions.”
The award ceremony will be held in March 2026.
