Dr. Yi Shuang selected to receive a Harada Young Research Award
Dr. Yi Shuang has been selected to receive the 64th Harada Young Research Award.
This has been awarded to promising researchers under 35 years of age who are working at universities, research institutes, or technical colleges in the Tohoku region designated by the Honda Memorial Foundation, who are conducting research and education related to metals and related materials, and who have made outstanding achievements and educational contributions.
Dr. Shuang has been selected in recognition of “Exploration of Novel Phase-Change Materials for Next-Generation High-Density and Energy-Efficient PCRAM.”
