Dr. Tengyi Liu receives the Technical Committee Chair’s Award from the Steel Foundation for Environmental Protection Technology
Dr. Tengyi Liu, specially appointed senior assistant professor at AIMR, has received the Technical Committee Chair’s Award at the 17th (FY2026) Research Grant Achievement Awards presented by the Steel Foundation for Environmental Protection Technology (SEPT).
SEPT is a foundation dedicated to advancing environmental conservation technologies in the steel industry by providing research grants to universities and research institutions.
Liu was recognized for his research project titled “Development of high-efficiency C2H4 production technology using metal complex-supported hollow copper nanoparticle catalysts.” The Technical Committee Chair’s Award is presented to outstanding early-career researchers who have made significant contributions to environmental technology and academic progress through SEPT-funded projects.
