Prof. Esashi received IEEE Andrew S. Grove Award
Prof. Esashi, AIMR PI, is the winner of the IEEE Andrew S. Grove Award in 2015.
The Award recognizes outstanding contributions to solid-state devices and technology. He received the medal at the 28th IEEE International Conference on Micro Electro Mechanical Systems in Estoril, Portugal, taking place January 18-22, 2015.
