Professor Emeritus Katsumi Tanigaki (former PI at AIMR) received the Beijing Great Wall Friendship Award.
The People’s Government of Beijing Municipality awards outstanding contributions made by foreigners in the fields including science and technology, education, culture, sports, finance, ecology and environmental conservation.
The award ceremony was held in Beijing on October 29, 2021.
