Dr. Akichika Kumatani won King's STEM Alumni Award

Dr. Akichika Kumatani won the King’s STEM Alumni Award.

King’s College London in the UK honors its alumni who have demonstrated outstanding achievements in a range of fields with the King’s Distinguished Alumni Awards. Dr. Kumatani was recognized for his work in developing visualization techniques for lithium-ion or hydrogen evolution on electrodes at the nanometer scale with world-leading resolution. As part of the Awards, he has been chosen as the winner of the King’s STEM Alumni Award for an alumnus or alumna who is excelling in science, technology, engineering or maths.

The award ceremony will be held at King’s College London on June 3rd.
