Dr. Khademhosseini won the EMBS Technical Achievement Award
Dr. Khademhosseini, AIMR junior PI, was selected as the recipient of the 2013 IEEE Engineering in Medicine and Biology Society's Technical Achievement Award.
This award is given s to recognize outstanding achievement, contribution and/or innovation in a technical area of biomedical engineering. He was awarded for “For pioneering contributions at the interface between engineering, biomaterials and biological sciences, especially applications of micro- and nanoengineered biomaterials for regenerative medicine .”
