Outline of Symposium
Organized by Fraunhofer ENAS (Institute for Electronic Nano Systems), the 13th Fraunhofer Symposium is held in the Sakura Hall in cooperation with the Fraunhofer Project Center (NEMS/MEMS Devices and Manufacturing Technologies) at AIMR, the Fraunhofer Representative Office Japan in Tokyo and the Micro System Integration Center, Tohoku University.
Under the symposium title of ”SMART SOCIETY 5.0 AND INDUSTRY 4.0”, 12 researchers from Germany and Japan will provide their topics such as Software Platform for Digital Ecosystem、Ultrasensitive Sensing、3D-Printing for Advanced Illumination Applications、Sharing Facility of MEMS、Research Fab Microelectronics and so on.
