Delegates from University of Montreal visited AIMR
On November 26, 2025, Prof. Daniel Jutras, Rector of the University of Montreal, Canada, Prof. Valérie Amiraux, Vice-Rector, and their colleagues visited AIMR.
At the University of Montreal, the Courtois Institute was newly established in 2021, focusing on AI-driven materials discovery, automation, and sustainable design. Both the Courtois Institute and AIMR emphasize creative and interdisciplinary approach, and during the meeting, active discussions were held regarding future collaborative research and the development of strategic partnerships.
Following an overview presentation of AIMR and a Q&A session, they toured the Sato Laboratory and the Kato Laboratory. We would like to express our sincere appreciation for their visit.
