Invitation to Katahira Festival 2019 & AIMR Open-house
AIMR will open its building and facilities to the public for two days during Katahira Festival (Japanese name is “Katahira Matsuri”) which will be held on October 12th (Sat) and 13th (Sun), 2019.
Katahira Festival is an assembly of open-houses of the institutes belonging to Tohoku University and takes place every two years. This year, under the catchphrase of AIMR Open-house “Let’s touch materials science which supports our affluent life”, AIMR will show its research activities as well as state-of-the-art equipment and facilities for materials science. There will also be a booth jointly organized by ELyT MaX (Joint Laboratory between French institutions (mainly University of Lyon) and Tohoku University) and AIMR. We look forward to your participation.
