Dr. Packwood enjoys to view many beautiful bamboo streamers.
The Sendai Tanabata Festival is held on 6th - 8th August. This is one of the most famous festivals in Japan. You can see this festival on Ichibancho street and Chuocho street, both streets are so close to the AIMR buildings.
Children carrying the mikoshi (portable shrine) walked through the road in front of AIMR.
It's raining. You can see the main building & laboratory building of AIMR from the rooftop of the extended education & research building.
