Dr. Nguyen Kim Hung, who have joined AIMR as Research Associate on 16 Sep., introduced himself at Tea Time.

Dr. Seung Jong Lee (President of National Research Foundation of Korea), Dr. Yuichiro Anzai (President of JSPS), and Dr. Susumu Satomi (President of Tohoku University) came to AIMR. Deputy Administrative Director Dr. Ikeda explained about AIMR's researches and facilities.

Deputy Administrative Director Satoh gave a speech, and received the award certificate and plaque.

Dr. Xianmin Zhang (from Device/System group) gave a presentation about "Robust enhancement of spin transport efficiency in organic spin valves through developing special organic molecule, efficient electrodes and device technique" at Tea Time.

Prof. John H. Perepezko, Adjunct Processor at AIMR and Professor at University of Wisconsin-Madison, gave a presentation about "Spatial Heterogeneities in Metallic Glass--Organization in Disorder". About 40 researchers attended Today's Tea Time.

Three managers from Schlumberger Limited came to AIMR. Prof. Nakayama explained about Bulk Metallic Glass at BMG showroom, AIMR laboratory building.
