1) Repleting and expanding with domestic and international top-level researchers

• Core and associate members will make their effort to spread the outcomes of hydrogen science and GX-related research, as well as to make collaboration with domestic and international researchers conducting the most-advanced research.

2) Strengthening research (and research infrastructure) networks

• We will support the management of the "Hydrogenomics Alliance, Japan" which is being promoted under MRS-J (The Material Research Society of Japan) research society system.

• We will strengthen collaboration with domestic research facilities related to synchrotron radiation, neutrons and special electron microscopy, etc. (institutional agreements are under consideration.)
• We will summarize and publicize the information on the advanced and unique research infrastructure owned by related researchers.

3) We will establish a comprehensive collaboration structure with industries

• We will promote large-scale industry-academia collaborations in related fields and personnel exchange between industry, government, and academia.
• We will support the establishment of the industry-initiative "Tohoku University Co-Creation Institute" and provide a platform after its establishment.
