The on-site registration fee is 1,000 JPY and the fee for conference dinner is 6,000 JPY.

Size of a posterboard will be H2000 x W1270.
So your poster should not exceed the size of a standard B0 (W1030 x H1456)

Poster session will be held on Tuesday, August 2. Please display your poster by 15:30.
(Please use thumbtack to display your poster on the board.)
Your poster number will appear on the board, so you can locate your board.
Please refer to the website for your number.
