Background of this program

Research Alliance Center for Mathematical Sciences (RACMaS) at Tohoku University launched the g-RIPS (Graduate-level Research in Industrial Projects for Students)-Sendai program from 2018. RIPS/g-RIPS program has been held at IPAM (Institute for Pure & Applied Mathematics), UCLA (University of California, Los Angeles) for more than 10 years. RIPS/g-RIPS in Hong Kong and Germany have also become popular in recent years.

This page outlines g-RIPS-Sendai 2019. Please visit the IPAM website for more information and a video of the program at IPAM.

Information for other years are here.
