Prof. Ikuhara won the Prize for Science and Technology from MEXT
Yuichi Ikuhara (Principle Investigator of AIMR) was awarded the Prize for Science and Technology of the Commendation for Science and Technology by the Minister of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology.
This award recognizes the outstanding contribution in the field of science and technology. Prof. Ikuhara researches the atomic structure/electric state and the generation mechanisms of materials properties in local structures, such as interfaces, surfaces and dislocations.
The award will be presented on 16 April, 2013.
